Wall Street Journal confirmed to join Apple’s News Subscription Service, but NYT and Washington Post not on board

The Wall Street Journal plans to join Apple’s subscription service which Apple’s reportedly preparing a news service and announces it on Monday according to The New York Times. Other publications like the Washington Post and The New York Times itself are not on same board with Apple due to the revenue split issue. Apple has been working with various publishers to offer a news and magazine service through its Apple News app since.

March 25th is the day Apple and The Wall Street Journal plan to announce the partnership at Apple’s planned media event. Some rumors to be believed that Apple will offer readers $9.99 per month to access to news articles, and magazines from “hundreds’ of participating publishers.
